The Alzheimer Society of Simcoe County is a registered charitable organization. The Society offers a variety of quality education and support services designed to meet the different needs of persons with Alzheimer's disease or other dementia and their network of caregivers. St. John's Church is active in the Bath community providing programs for children, and a place for many of the community groups of Bath to meet. We are a growing, and include people that have lived their whole life in Bath, and people that are brand new to the neighbourhood. The Bethesda Foundation was created by consent of the Manitoba Legislative Assembly of Manitoba July 9th 1980. Since it was established in 1980, the Foundation has provided funding for the improvement of health care services at the Bethesda Hospital, Bethesda Place, and in the community.

The Brant Community Healthcare System is located in the City of Brantford and boasts stable, state-of-the-art programs within a team environment that ensures high level patient-focused care. The Brantford General is this area's acute care facility, providing all of Brantford and Brant County's specialty programs and services for our 120,000+ residents. The Brant Community Healthcare System Foundation is committed to raising critical funds to support the top priority needs for The Brantford General and The Willett, Paris. Support of the BCHS Foundation helps us purchase medical equipment that is not paid for by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, provide essential resources to maintain the exceptional level of compassionate patient care, and invest in new and innovative technology. The Calgary Chapter of the Canadian Celiac Association (CCA) was incorporated in 1980 by a dedicated group of volunteers who recognized the need for local face-to-face support of people with celiac disease in our community. With our 25 years of service we have grown and expanded to a point where our Chapter now has over 700 active members and provides hands-on programs and services available to all people in Calgary and area who are affected by or have celiac disease. The Calgary Chapter is recognized in the CCA for the leadership, commitment and depth of programming that is vital to persons with celiac disease. We believe in our role to improve the lives of people in Calgary.

The Edmonton Chapter serves its members in the northern half of Alberta (Red Deer and north). Individuals with Celiac Disease, gluten intolerance/gluten sensitivity are welcome to access programs and services about living gluten free e.g. Anti-Panic, dinners, recipes, information, workshops, products, restaurants, programs for youth, Celiac Support Groups, cooking classes, Celiac Circular newsletter, Celiac Membership Benefits Program, Ride Walk Run for Celiacs, Cycling for Celiacs, Gluten Free Pancake Breakfast and more. Edmonton Chapter is now on facebook, twitter and blogger - check us out and support awareness in our communities.

1. Newsletters to provide members with new information on the gluten free diet, products, medical research, chapter activities and news. 2. Telephone and e-mail support for members and the public about celiac disease, and dermatitis herpetiformis,gluten sensitivity, shopping and diet information. 3. Meetings for members and the public providing speakers and information about celiac disease, the diet and topics of interest. 4. Celiac Awareness events to promote awareness of Celiac Disease. 5. Facebook and Yahoo groups to share information and ideas.

We provide information to anyone affected by this most common genetic condition. The resulting iron overload can be prevented and treated. Help us to prevent suffering and death.

The Canadian Medical Foundation (CMF) was founded in 1987 by the Canadian Medical Association. We are the only national foundation in Canada focused solely on supporting physicians; we understand that, in order to improve health care for all Canadians, it is vital to support the physicians who deliver it. The CMF raises, invests and distributes funds via programs that are designed to improve health care for all Canadians. The CMF is unique in that, thanks to an annual operating grant from MD Physician Services, 100 per cent of all donations go directly to support our programs — programs that were developed by Canadian physicians, for physicians. The John McGivney Children's Centre is one of 21 Children's Treatment Centres in Ontario. Services provided to more than 2,300 children age birth-21 include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, communication therapy, augmentative communication, seating and mobility, specialized medical clinics, autism services, psychology, social work, behavioural consultation, integrated preschool program and the JMCC School Authority (Section 68 specialized school for children with disabilites).

We are Grace Foundation, a Saint John, NB charitable organization that supports the Church of St. John & St. Stephen Home. The donations we raise make additional programs, activities and assistance available at this 80-bed nursing home, enhancing the lives of everyone who lives there. Though you may know us as Grace Foundation, we were founded in 1979 as The Church Home Charitable Foundation Inc. We have the same focus, but a slightly different approach to manage and generate revenues to support the Church Home. Our commitment is reflected in our slogan - Life is an Event. It's a promise to the people who live in the Church Home; and it reflects our approach to fundraising - offering quality, entertaining, educational and enlightening events to the communities we serve.
