We are the only national foundation in Canada focused solely on supporting physicians; we understand that, in order to improve health care for all Canadians, it is vital to support the physicians who deliver it. The CMF raises, invests and distributes funds via programs that are designed to improve health care for all Canadians. The CMF is unique in that, thanks to an annual operating grant from MD Physician Services, 100 per cent of all donations go directly to support our programs — programs that were developed by Canadian physicians, for physicians. Though you may know us as Grace Foundation, we were founded in 1979 as The Church Home Charitable Foundation Inc. We have the same focus, but a slightly different approach to manage and generate revenues to support the Church Home. Our commitment is reflected in our slogan - Life is an Event. It's a promise to the people who live in the Church Home; and it reflects our approach to fundraising - offering quality, entertaining, educational and enlightening events to the communities we serve.
