The Chicago Lighthouse for People Who Are Blind or Visually Impaired is a not-for-profit agency committed to providing the highest quality educational, clinical, vocational, and rehabilitation services for children, youth and adults who are blind or visually impaired, including deaf-blind and multi-disabled. Through its comprehensive range of programs and services, The Lighthouse respects personal dignity and partners with individuals to enhance independent living and self-sufficiency. The Lighthouse is a leader, innovator, and advocate for people who are blind or visually impaired, enhancing the quality of life for all individuals involved at the Lighthouse, and for the community.

Hospice of Michigan's mission is to ensure quality of life and a comfortable, peaceful death for all patients receiving our care, and provide support for their loved ones. We will serve everyone in our communities who needs and seeks our care and strive to improve the state of end-of-life care.

The Anchor Association serves adults with a developmental disability. At this moment we serve 28 residents who reside in 4 group homes in southern Ontario.

Association Emmanuel, l’Amour qui sauve tries to find a positive answer to the recurring question: “is there a family for this child?”. We actively work to promote the adoption of every child, no matter his needs, and for whom social services can’t find an adoptive family. Association Emmanuel is a registered charity serving nearly 200 families across Quebec. Among those members,more than 95 families have adopted over 300 children with various incapacities.

KinVillage Association is a not-for-profit organization that has been serving its community for over 30 years. We exist to support older adults to life to the fullest by providing a range of health, housing and recreational programs and by building community. Located in Tsawwassen B.C., KinVillage includes a continuum of affordable housing and quality health services including subsidized housing, supportive housing, assisted living and complex residential care. Outreach health services are also available, including an Adult Day Program. Our Community Centre provides leisure, recreational, learning and social opportunities for adults aged 50+ to stay active and involved. For 30 years, KinVillage has grown with and adapted to the needs of its community. We’re now positioning to meet the needs of South Delta for the next 20 years and beyond. The generous support of our donors will help us to continue to grow and improve our services.

Founded in 1897, Allendale is a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to excellence and innovation in the care, treatment, education and advocacy for families, children and youth with serious emotional, mental and behavioral health challenges.
