St. Augustine Health Ministries provides services to over 1000 chronically ill and aging individuals each day through a continuum of health care and community services. St. Augustine serves individuals of all backgrounds, faiths and walks of life with special concern for the poor. The mission : To continue the healing ministry of Christ by promoting the quality of life and independence of each person entrusted to our care is our guiding principal. St. Augustine Health Ministries provides services through St. Augustine Health Campus, Holy Family Home Health Care & Hospice, St. Augustine Child Enrichment Center and St. Augustine Home Delivered Meals.

The West African Health Foundation (WAHF) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization formed by a group of physicians concerned with the poor health and nutritional status of the people, particularly children and women, of the West African sub-region.

We provide community sexual health care clinics and comprehensive sexual health education programs in Greater Victoria, BC. Your donation enables us to: -provide clinical care to more than 23,000 clients yearly -educate more than 11,000 youth, educators, health care, and service providers yearly -distribute more than 500,000 safer sex resources such as condoms, gloves, and dams yearly

Trillium Health Partners Foundation was created following the amalgamation of The Trillium Health Centre Foundation and The Credit Valley Hospital Foundation in July, 2013. The Frederick Health Hospice Inc. mission is to compassionately promote quality of life by providing medical, emotional, spiritual and bereavement support to individuals and their loved ones facing a life- limiting illness. The Frederick Health Hospice Inc. turns no one away for care regardless of the ability to pay.

We are a feminist community health clinic in Winnipeg, MB. Since 1981, we've offered a range of client-centred services for women of all ages. We also provide services to males through our Teen Clinics & the Provincial Eating Disorder Prevention & Recovery Program. We emphasize prevention, education and choice. We design our programs and services to encourage and empower people to take charge of their own health. We provide medical and counselling services, health education and information, and undertake advocacy and research on women's health issues. We also train and mentor volunteers in several programs to provide direct service and information to our clients and community members.

Our vision is to have Sanguen Health Centre be an effective Hepatitis C Service Organization that not only incorporates expert, compassionate medical care for those with Hepatitis C, but also provides innovative programs to meet the many other important needs of our patients. Through education and outreach, Sanguen Health Centre will endeavour to increase awareness of the importance of Hepatitis C among persons at risk, the health care community, and the public. We will work to minimize its potential impact in the future.

Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation is a registered charitable organization which includes Hamilton General Hospital Foundation, Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre Foundation, McMaster Children’s Hospital Foundation, St. Peter’s Hospital Foundation and all of their associated programs. Through the generosity of our donors, we fund capital redevelopment projects, purchase medical equipment and technology, and invest in research and education. Our mission is to raise funds and manage donor gifts to support outstanding clinical care and research for the communities served by Hamilton Health Sciences; our goal is Health Care, Transformed.

To collect unused medical supplies from local medical facilities and distribute them to countries in need, effectively limiting the negative impact on our environment and supporting health care efforts in developing countries; to send local medical personnel on medical missions to developing countries; to educate our local community about global health issues.
