St. Augustine serves individuals of all backgrounds, faiths and walks of life with special concern for the poor. The mission : To continue the healing ministry of Christ by promoting the quality of life and independence of each person entrusted to our care is our guiding principal. St. Augustine Health Ministries provides services through St. Augustine Health Campus, Holy Family Home Health Care & Hospice, St. Augustine Child Enrichment Center and St. Augustine Home Delivered Meals.
