For more than 20 years, women have been coming to HealthyWomen for answers to their most pressing and personal health care questions. Through its wide array of online resources, HW provides health information that is original, objective, reviewed by medical experts and reflective of the advances in evidence-based health research. HealthyWomen has a history of providing unbiased and accurate health information. Over the years they have earned the trust of consumers, health care providers, nonprofits, corporate partners and the media. HealthyWomen is widely referenced in print, broadcast and online venues and has been named a top women's health site.

The Halifax Sexual Health Centre believes that healthy sexuality is positive and life-affirming for all people at all stages of life. Sexual health is a vital component of personal health determined by the social and economic environment, the physical environment, personal knowledge and available capacities and health services. Everyone has the right to have complete, freely-accessible, non-judgmental information about sexual and reproductive health. Equally important, everyone has the right to make informed personal choices about their sexual and reproductive health, free from the imposition of external authorities. The Halifax Sexual Health Centre is an organization that is pro-choice; inclusive and respectful of diversity; youth-positive; gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered positive; focused on the needs of our clients and community; and respectful of client confidentiality.

The Alex is a not-for-profit organization that has been in existence since 1973. The Alex provides services and programs to individuals and families who experience barriers to health. Using a multidisciplinary team approach, we focus care on assessment, intervention and promotion of all aspects of health. We embrace a model of healthcare that is accessible, responsive and participatory. The Alex has grown to now include 6 major programs at 3 different locations. Services and programs are provided at the Family Health Centre, the Seniors' Health Centre, the Community Health Bus, Pathways to Housing, the Youth Health Centre and HomeBase. In the Centre: At the GRCHC, we have a team of health professionals dedicated to client-centred care. This includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, a social worker, registered dietitian, counsellor, chronic disease specialist, and community support facilitator/advocate. Our registered clients have access to this team who work with them towards helping them achieve better health and wellness. In the community: Our health promotion and community development team works with dozens of community partners and agencies to reduce barriers and improve health & wellness.

The Moose Jaw Health Foundation is a non-profit organization managed by a volunteer board of directors. The challenge of raising funds to aid in the establishment and enhancement of health care at the Moose Jaw Union Hospital was accepted in 1986. Since that time millions of dollars have been raised to enhance the Moose Jaw Union Hosptial and maintain a healthy community. The health of our friends and our families depends on the contributions received and distributed by the Moose Jaw Health Foundation each year. The donations you give so generously will enhance the medical equipment in our hospital, or provide for the programs and services that contribute to the health and well being of our families and our friends in Moose Jaw and Southern Saskatchewan.

The BRHC Foundation supports and augments health care for all who are served by the Brandon Regional Health Centre through funds received from personal donations, memorial gifts, gifts of planned giving and special occasion gifts.

The Haliburton Highlands Health Service Foundation is an incorporated registered Canadian charity that financially supports the hospitals and health care facilities in Haliburton County. The money is raised through personal, business & corporate donations, special events, promotions, annual giving and the special gift program. The Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who dedicate their time and expertise to have better health care and hospital facilities.
