In the Centre: At the GRCHC, we have a team of health professionals dedicated to client-centred care. This includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, a social worker, registered dietitian, counsellor, chronic disease specialist, and community support facilitator/advocate. Our registered clients have access to this team who work with them towards helping them achieve better health and wellness.
In the community: Our health promotion and community development team works with dozens of community partners and agencies to reduce barriers and improve health & wellness.
