The mission of BAO is to enhance the quality of life for people living with HIV/AIDS, at-risk, affected individuals, and the LGBTQ community through outreach, age-appropriate prevention education, and supportive services.

AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA) is a non-profit organization recognized at both the national and local level for providing free basic needs services to people impacted by the devastating effects of HIV/AIDS in Los Angeles County. Founded by four friends in 1983, APLA is a community-based, volunteer-supported organization with the mission of: improving the lives of people affected by HIV disease; reducing the incidence of HIV infection; and advocating for fair and effective HIV-related public policy.

Afrika Tikkun was founded in 1994 soon after the emergence of Democracy in South Africa. Our visionary founders-- the late Chief Rabbi Cyril Harris and philanthropist and businessman, late Bertie Lubner-- had a vision of focusing on children knowing they represented the future of the country, which inspired the-then President Nelson Mandela to volunteer as our Patron-in-Chief-- an honor that he only bestowed on four organizations during his lifetime. In 2002 he wrote: “Afrika Tikkun demonstrates in a practical and sustainable manner what can be done with limited resources, great commitment and passion. It is my belief that Afrika Tikkun represents the best of what civil society can offer in partnership with Government’s considerable efforts.” For the last 22 years, Afrika Tikkun has worked to redress the consequences of institutionalized oppression in South Africa. Our unique Cradle-to-Career development model enables our 550+ employees to deliver services addressing holistic educational, medical and economic needs of marginalized youth from early infancy through adulthood, inspiring and enabling them to become productive citizens and leaders. Building from a harm reduction model, The Open Door, Inc. provides supportive housing and related services to improve the health of the forgotten population of high-risk, chronically homeless people living with HIV.

We're inspired and dedicated to improving the lives of people living with, at-risk of, or affected by HIV/AIDS through innovative and empowering essential support services and prevention education. Our ultimate aim is to end new HIV infections.

The LKAPS mission is to help reduce the isolation and stress of people living with AIDS Survivors Syndrome (ASS). We do this by organizing social functions which provide opportunities to develop friendships and community. Further, we support education and advocacy to raise awareness of ASS, long-term survivors, and the challenges they face.

Global Camps Africa changes the lives of South Africa's vulnerable children and youth by providing HIV/AIDS prevention education and training through high impact residential and day camp experiences and continuing education, equipping young people with the life skills that will support them in becoming safe and productive adults who have hope for the future.

The mission of the Equestrian Aid Foundation is to provide grant-based assistance to horsemen and equine-related professionals suffering from illness or catastrophic injuries. The EAF is dedicated to helping people of all ages and from all backgrounds and disciplines, offering funding for medical, rehabilitation and essential expenses. Our goal is to empower our recipients and provide necessary tools to overcome adversity.

Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS is one of the country's largest supporters of direct care for people living with HIV/AIDS and preventive education for those at risk. Merging care and commerce, supporters of DIFFA come from all fields of fine design and the visual arts, including: architecture, fashion design, interior design, photography and consumer product design.

Identity works with Latino and other historically underserved youth and their families across Montgomery County to build social-emotional, academic, workforce and life skills, provide mental-health and case-management supports, and connect young people to education and employment opportunities. Their programs (school-based and community-based wellness centers, youth opportunity centers, and workforce development) aim to help youth succeed in school, prepare for work, and strengthen family stability.

The Southern AIDS Coalition promotes accessible and high quality systems of HIV and STD prevention, care, treatment and housing throughout the South. We envision the South a place where new HIV infections are rare and when they do occur, people living with HIV, regardless of age, gender, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic circumstance, or geographical location, have access to high-quality, life-extending care free from stigma and discrimination.
