OLBS is founded upon the principles of unconditional love and acceptance. Orphaned and abandoned children who are welcomed into OLBS supported homes are never asked to leave or given up for adoption. OLBS supports outreach programs to aid those living in extreme poverty,  including community medical clinics which treat tens of thousands of people per year, community schools which are available to local children, facilities for severely disabled children, medical clinics and street schools in the slums of Haiti.
