Clinica Msr. Oscar A. Romero is a tax-exempt, 501 (c) (3), non-profit organization whose mission is to provide quality, affordable, and culturally sensitive health care and other services to the uninsured, insured, and underserved communities of greater Los Angeles regardless of their ability to pay by upholding the legacy and tradition of Monseñor Oscar Romero and educating and empowering Salvadoran and other community members through community organizing, health education and social justice and exchange programs in El Salvador.

Since 1989 Legacy Counseling Center has provided affordable mental healthcare, substance abuse treatment, housing services, and education to people affected by HIV/AIDS.

To educate, equip, and ignite our Jewish community with tools to understand, support, and overcome the challenges presented by mental illness and substance abuse. As a community with a focus on tikkun olam, we work to eradicate the shame and stigma surrounding these issues in our global Jewish community and beyond. Once we achieve this goal, we can begin to improve and save lives.

Step Up delivers compassionate support to people experiencing serious mental health issues, and persons who are experiencing chronic homelessness, to help them recover, stabilize, and integrate into the community. Through dynamic partnerships, we provide positive social and learning environments, vocational training, permanent supportive housing opportunities, and recovery services to empower individuals to cultivate lives of hope and dignity. We exercise innovative leadership and advocacy to increase public understanding, support and acceptance of all people living with serious mental health issues.

NAMI recognizes that the key concepts of recovery, resiliency and support are essential to improving the wellness and quality of life of all persons affected by mental illness. Mental illnesses should not be an obstacle to a full and meaningful life for persons who live with them. NAMI will advocate at all levels to ensure that all persons affected by mental illness receive the services that they need and deserve, in a timely fashion. NAMI Rome provides support, education, and advocacy throughout northwest Georgia on behalf of individuals and families affected by mental illness.
