TheConnecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR) organizes the recoverycommunity (people in recovery, family members, friends and allies) to 1) put aface on recovery and 2) provide recovery support services. By promoting recovery from alcohol and otherdrug addiction through advocacy, education and service, CCAR strives to enddiscrimination surrounding addiction and recovery, open new doors and removebarriers to recovery, maintain and sustain recovery regardless of the pathway,all the while ensuring that all people in recovery, and people seekingrecovery, are treated with dignity and respect.

NAMI Westchester is one of more than 1,200 local affiliates of the national alliance on mental illness. We are a grassroots organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for all individuals and families whose lives are affected by mental illness. NAMI advocates for access to services, treatment, support and research and is steadfast in its commitment to raise awareness and build a community of hope for all those in need. We offer the kind of understanding and care that only those who have lived the experience of mental illness can provide. NAMI Westchester's vision is to create a culture where open disclosure of a mental illness does not have negative consequences in the community, the schools and in the workplace. We continue to seek better treatment for mental illnesses and to eliminate the stigma associated with them. Our programs are a primary source of assistance to people of all cultural and economic backgrounds.

The mission of Camphill Village is to be an integrated community where people with developmental disabilities live a life with dignity, equality and a sense of purpose. On 615 acres of wooded hills, gardens, and pastures in rural upstate New York, adults with special needs and long- and short-term service volunteers strive to live and work together as equals in extended families in homes throughout Camphill Village. The founding of Camphill Village in 1961 was part of a transformative movement in the United States to reform how society treats people with special needs.

Our mission is to develop, maintain and operate decent, safe and sanitary affordable transitional and permanent housing for Veterans, their families and other low-income individuals and families.

The Quell Foundation strives to reduce the number of suicides, overdoses and incarcerations of people with mental health illness. We work to accomplish this by encouraging people to share their stories, increasing access to mental health services, providing a pipeline of future mental health care professionals with scholarships, and training first responders to recognize mental health crisis warning signs amongst their own.

VALOR Clinic Foundation provides assistance accessing benefits, and shelter to Veterans with limited or no access to care. Helps find shelter for Veterans who due to health or means are unable to find or keep shelter of their own and Post Traumatic Stress resources to Veterans through our Veterans Unstoppable program. To improve the lives of our nations Veterans. We strive to provide nation wide integrated medical care in the future. Purpose; To help Veterans and their families of all generations deal with their life challenges. Method ; Meet them where they are and flex our response to meet their needs. End State; A Veteran Community aware that someone cares about their challenges and will respond effectively with their situation in mind.

Four long-standing North Tahoe/Truckee service organizations — Family Resource Center of Truckee, North Tahoe Family Resource Center, Tahoe SAFE Alliance, and Project MANA — have united to form the Sierra Community House. With locations in Kings Beach, Incline Village, and Truckee, we offer a range of services that help individuals and families in the North Tahoe/Truckee communities thrive.

NAMI Greater Houston provides free peer-led education, support groups, community outreach and advocacy so people living with mental illness and their families can access care, build skills, and reduce stigma. The affiliate focuses on advocacy, education, warmline/support services, and public awareness across the Greater Houston area.

HOHM advances classical homeopathy through education, research, advocacy and clinical access. It runs practitioner-generated research projects and programs to expand affordable homeopathic care, fund study and curate a homeopathy research library — aiming to integrate homeopathy more widely into health care through evidence and training.

Girls on the Run - New Hampshire's mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.
