The mission of the Women Resource Center of Florida, Inc. (WRC) is to assist low income women and their families in setting and accomplishing short and long term goals that would help them become self-sufficient and productive members within their communities.

Micah's Place is a Certified Domestic Violence Center and the only one serving Nassau County Florida. Our mission is to provide prevention and intervention services to victims of domestic violence; and to provide education within our community to effect change in behavior and attitudes relating to domestic violence. We offer a 24-hour helpline survivors can call or text, advocacy, individual counseling, help with basic needs, pro-bono legal assistance from on-staff attorney, financial literacy education and assistance, and support groups to victims of domestic violence. All of our services are provided without judgment and are free and confidential.

Our mission is to provide a nurturing environment for families impacted by divorce, custody battles, and domestic violence, by keeping children safe during these challenging times and helping parents foster positive relationships with their children. Visitation and exchange services are provided to families in Clay, Duval, and Nassau counties.

To provide healing for children, adults, and families affected by sexual assault and to end sexual violence through counseling, education, and advocacy.

The mission of Penelope House is to provide safety, protection, and support to the victims of Domestic Violence and their children through the provision shelter, advocacy, and individual and community education.

The mission of The SAFE Alliance is to lead in ending sexual assault and exploitation, child abuse, and domestic violence through prevention, intervention, and advocacy for change.

The mission of Family Violence Prevention Services, Inc. is to break the cycle of violence and to strengthen families by providing the necessary tools for self-sufficiency through delivery of emergency shelter, transitional housing, individual counseling and support groups, education, effective parenting education, and specialized intervention with youth and the elderly.

The East Texas Crisis Center is dedicated to providing safety, shelter and education to victims of family violence, sexual assault, dating violence and other violent crime; Commitment to restoring dignity and purpose in the lives of victims and promoting public compassion and awareness to reduce violence in the community.

Watson Children's Shelter is dedicated to providing emergency shelter care in a safe and nurturing environment to children who have experienced abuse, neglect and/or family crisis. Our primary intervention program, Healthy Foundations, works with expecting families in our community from prenatal care through 3-5 years of age, providing support and connecting parents to resources that will allow them to provide the lives they wish for their children. We serve over 100 children through our shelter care facility each year, for days, weeks, months, or years at a time, reaching all of Montana from the heart of Missoula. Watson has continued to grow over the years, and our vision for the future would allow us to provide more personalized therapeutic care across the duration of our children's stays. Provide a continuum of safe, confidential shelter options—from emergency shelter through transitional shelter.Provide a rich array of crisis intervention services, case management and emotional support to those we shelter as well as those who are waiting for shelter; helping them to rebuild their lives, free from fear.Address the many complexities and barriers associated with domestic violence, sexual violence, dating violence and stalking on an individual level as well as a community systems level.Continue to reach out to survivors through individual advocacy, emergency case management and support groups after they leave shelter, offering an environment where survivors feel welcome and are encouraged to share their stories and their wisdom with others.

Empowerhouse gives victims the time, space, and tools to heal their hearts, renew their spirits, restore their connections, and rebuild their lives.
