Up With Books, Inc. provides new books to children living in poverty.

TO PROVIDE PROSPECTIVE ADOPTIVE PARENTS AND BIRTH PARENTS WITH PROFESSIONAL, SENSITIVE AND CONFIDENTIAL SERVICES TO FACILITATE SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENTS THAT MEET THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF ALL MEMBERS OF THE ADOPTION TRIAD.

Bring dignity to families living through poverty, and we do this by providing the tools and resources needed to increase self-awareness, repress the social stigma of lower-income individuals, and improve the quality of life. We have a long-term relationship within the Bushwick Community and because of that, we understand the pulse of the community. As a grassroots organization, and we have become the hands, feet, ears, and mouthpiece for those who are afraid to let their voice be heard. It is our intention to connect those in need with the right resources that will improve their way of living. We partner with other local organizations and business to address the lack of resources in education, job placement, affordable housing, life skills, food insecurities

Dwell with Dignity's mission is to transform lives through design. Our goal is to bring good design to those less fortunate, inspiring them to maintain a standard of living that they can be proud of and thrive in.Currently we serve Dallas, Tarrant, and Collin County in North Texas.

To Help Ukrainians Outlast Their Invaders through housing and hot meals centers.

Description Many Ottawa residents have good quality furniture and furnishings that are surplus to their needs. Every week we collect and deliver these household items. Often we arrive to empty rooms; our task is to leave them furnished and to leave our new neighbours feeling welcomed, and hopeful. Everything we do for them is free. Helping with Furniture is totally staffed and operated by volunteers. It costs us less than $150.00 to furnish a home completely.

Teach with Africa sends teachers to Africa, and brings African teachers to the US, in a reciprocal mission to provide quality education for underserved children, schools and communities

The mission of ASAM is to develop solutions to challenges that refugees and asylum seekers encounter in Turkey and to support them in meeting their basic needs and rights.
