American Friends of Beit Issie Shapiro raises funds and public awareness in the United States to support Beit Issie Shapiro in Israel. It directs U.S. fundraising to scale and fund Beit Issie Shapiro’s therapeutic, educational and assistive-technology programs and to promote inclusion and rights for people with disabilities.

The mission of the American Friends of the Spafford Children's Center Fund (AFSCCF) is to support the SCC by raising funds in the United States. AFSCCF activities are implemented by a volunteer board of directors. AFSCCF pays no staff salaries and no overhead so that all funds, minus direct expenses like printing and postage, can be sent to SCC.

The American Pakistan Foundation (APF) empowers the Pakistani American community and builds bridges between the United States and Pakistan. APF promotes its mission through hosting initiatives that promote cultural, professional, and intellectual exchanges; convening and engaging with think tanks, educational institutions, businesses, and the public sector; sharing the contributions and perspectives of Pakistanis and the Pakistani American community; and connecting people and institutions in Pakistan and the United States for collaboration across multiple sectors.
