The mission of Faith Alive USA, Inc. is to help transform the lives of the poor, vulnerable and sick in Nigeria, primarily by: conducting educational outreach in the United States on the current health conditions in Nigeria and how support and action from people in the United States can make a difference, providing monetary and in-kind support for programs that provide free, holistic health care and compassionate social services to the people of Nigeria, and working closely with Faith Alive Foundation, a non-governmental non-profit organization in Jos, Nigeria.

Our mission is to greatly reduce deaths, injuries and economic losses caused by housing and school collapses due to earthquakes and typhoons in emerging nations

TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND SERVICES TO CHILDREN LIVING IN ADVERSE CONDITIONS IN METROPOLITAN AREAS BOTH IN THE UNITED STATES AND IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES. SPECIFIC FOCUS AREAS INCLUDE EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT, SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT AND PHYSICAL HEALTH.

Health Gives Hope creates long term relationships with communities in developing nations to provide health through holistic programs that cultivate a hopeful future.

In 2000, Episcopal priest Bill Rankin and renowned neurosurgeon Dr. Charlie Wilson launched GAIA to increase health equity globally and to bring life-saving treatment to one of the countries most impacted by the AIDS epidemic. Today, with GAIA’s support, Malawi is one of the first African countries to meet UNAIDS 2020 90-90-90 treatment targets, even in the most remote districts with the highest HIV prevalence, where we work. Throughout our history, GAIA has adapted our services to provide compassionate, patient-centered healthcare. We meet the immediate needs of the population by providing community-based health services and health education while also strengthening Malawi's healthcare workforce for the long-term by accelerating health workforce development and promoting equitable deployment of frontline providers. In 2007, GAIA Malawi was formally established as an independent, but closely aligned, entity to the U.S. organization. With its own self-selected Board of Directors and a 100% Malawian staff, GAIA Malawi works closely with GAIA U.S. to design and execute cost-effective program responses to the evolving health needs of Malawi’s rural population. All program interventions are developed with key input from the communities served and executed in partnership with the Government of Malawi, Ministry of Health and Population, and local and international partners. GAIA believes that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, no matter where they live or who they are.

Give To Colombia is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in the U.S. that mobilizes resources, talents, and technologies to benefit the most vulnerables communities, which include disabled, displaced, and demobilized populations, as well as women and children. We work to create scalable, sustainable high-impact projects in the pillars of Education, Health & Nutrition, Environment, Economic Development, Water & Sanitation, and Humanitarian Aid.

The mission of Operation Blessing Japan, is to alleviate and break the cycle of human suffering caused by disaster, poverty, crime, war, or other cause, in Japan and other nations.

About Us: Our Bridgeport club was founded in 1992, and is part of Soroptimist International of the Americas which was founded in 1921. Soroptimist is an international volunteer organization for business and professional women who work to improve the lives of women and girls, in local communities and throughout the world. A 501(c)(3) organization, Soroptimist relies on charitable contributions to fund its programs. Local members join with almost 100,000 Soroptimists in more than120 countries and territories to contribute time and financial support to community-based projects benefiting women. Soroptimist International has consultative status with the United Nations’ Economic and Social Council, which oversees U.N. activities promoting human rights. In addition to sponsoring the awards programs, our club has participated in community programs focused on various health and human service issues for women and girls, such as the Center for Women and Families, Mi Casa/My Home, Women and Men’s Health Project, Project Courage, and Local Soup Kitchens. In partnership with the local church, Okoa Refuge exists to glorify Christ through stabilizing the family unit and transforming entire communities through healthcare, childcare, church planting, bible training, skill training for the disabled, relationships, and humanitarian outreach.

EVA is a non-profit organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service and registered in the State of Illinois. It was created for the purpose of assisting Ecuadorian institutions devoted to educational, social, and health programs for the poor, neglected, and at-risk segments of the population. EVA is run by volunteers, and the various programs are implemented through network of viable, non-profit Ecuadorian institutions previously selected by a careful screening process. EVA requires that all the funds collected and distributed as yearly grants be only used for programmatic objectives of the organization it sponsors. EVA's Community Assistance Grant was instituted in 2008 to improve the quality of life of economically disadvantaged people living in the Chicago Metropolitan area where EVA is located. I Since its inception, we have been giving opportunities to advance educational, health, and human service programs in the local community.

First-Hand Aid was founded upon a keen awareness of the contrast between hospital care in the United States and the care currently available to the people of Cuba. Whether it is the facilities or the equipment or the available medicines, the standard of care is in all these far below acceptable.

HERHealthEQ is driving health equity by providing medical devices and equipment to developing countries for women's health issues. HERHealthEQ's vision is a world where healthcare, medical devices, and equipment are accessible to all women, equally. Women are the cornerstone of the family unit. When a woman becomes ill and does not receive the care she needs, the entire family unit is at greater risk of remaining in a cycle of poverty. We focus on providing equipment involved in the treatment of the top non-communicable diseases (NCDs) that affect the developing world which include cancers affecting women, maternal health, diabetes, and heart disease.
