The organization runs café locations (and related programs) so trainees gain barista and workplace experience while receiving supports aimed at helping them secure stable housing and employment.

Its programs include manufacturing and service lines that provide on-the-job training, low-vision/rehabilitation services, orientation & mobility, and DeafBlind supports.
