Cornerstone Community Outreach operates shelters and supportive on‑site services for people experiencing homelessness in Chicago, offering meals, case management, a food pantry and other wrap‑around programs to help guests stabilize and move into permanent housing.

The Furniture Bank of Metro Atlanta collects donated household furniture and gives it—free of charge—to people and families transitioning out of homelessness, fleeing domestic violence, living with HIV/AIDS, or otherwise in need, with the goal of creating household stability by “turning houses into homes.”

Our Lady’s Inn improves the lives of pregnant, homeless women and their children by providing residential shelter and hope for a new life through humble acts of love. Our Lady’s Inn is a maternity home and aftercare program for homeless, pregnant women and their children.

The mission of Hope of the Valley is to attract people and resources to assist in the effort of meeting the needs of every hungry and homeless man, woman and child who seek our services. Cedar Lake provides residential, community-based, and enrichment services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the greater Louisville area. The organization focuses on supportive housing, day/enrichment programs, job services, therapies and transportation so people can live as fully and independently as possible.

MOM Foundation, Inc. is a small Atlanta-based nonprofit that organizes outreach and support for mothers (in practice many activities focus on elderly mothers), offering social events, trips, and community support while promoting empowerment, education and stronger family/community ties.
