House of Hope (HOH) is a faith-based, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization established for the purpose of empowering and equipping pregnant youth under the age of 25 that are in crisis to become the mothers and leaders of their generation. HOH’s mission is to give young ladies the tools and resources to excel in every area of life. HOH focuses on developing residents physically, intellectually, emotionally, academically, and spiritually.

Founded in 2019, our mission was simple: Empower underserved individuals to reach their fullest potential by providing a safe environment, safe housing, educational support, employment training, and self-sufficiency skills. Whether it’s purchasing a new home, starting a new business, or simply opening a bank account, Another Chance has programs and resources in place to aid our participating families in those processes.

We serve our neighbors, of all faiths, through Help, Hope, and Hospitality.

As the only homeless shelter for children and their families in Hunterdon County, we respond to the emergent need in our community. Family Promise of Hunterdon and the Interfaith Hospitality Network of Hunterdon County program is a non-profit 501(c)3 agency, established in 1990. We work together to end the homelessness in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. Mission Statement Our mission is to end homelessness, by mobilizing the community to guide homeless families and individuals to self-sufficiency and permanent housing, with compassionate care, services and professional support. Vision Statement Family Promise of Hunterdon County, Inc. envisions the day when all families and individuals in our community have the opportunity and means to live independently

The Little Sisters of the Poor offers life long security and care for the elderly in a home-like setting, surrounding them with thoughtful attention, spiritual support and appropriate medical care. The Little Sisters uphold the dignity and value of each life, promote the well-being of every needy elderly person and keep vigil with them when dying. The Sisters embrace poverty and depend on the generosity of others who are willing to share in their mission. The congregation was founded in Brittany, France by St. Jeanne Jugan in 1839. Since their inception, the Little Sisters have given quality care to over 1,000,000 aged poor. Today 2,900 Little Sisters serve in over 200 homes in 31 countries.

Family Promise of Greater Cleveland provides short-term, case-managed shelter and supportive services to families experiencing homelessness so they can secure stable housing and regain self-sufficiency. The affiliate shelters families free of charge and connects them to employment, health, and community resources while keeping families together during their stay.

Our mission is to raise awareness and support for the Kathy J. Weinman Shelter for Victims of Domestic Violence. We provide help and create hope for women and children seeking lives free of violence and fear.
