PROVIDE HOUSING AND SERVICES TO SIOUXLAND'S ELDERLY IN A WAY THAT ENSURES A PHYSICAL AND CARE ENVIRONMENT WHICH MAXIMIZES THE DIGNITY AND INDEPENDENCE OF EACH RESIDENT.

Goal: Share the story of Jesus and the ELCA by engaging with 1 million new people as we grow the church together. Purpose: Activate each of us so more people know the way of Jesus and discover community, justice and love. Vision: A world experiencing the difference God?s grace and love in Christ make for all people and creation.

THE WILMOT CARE CENTER, THROUGH THE EFFORTS OF DEDICATED EMPLOYEES, PROVIDES HIGH QUALITY, COMPASSIONATE, AND AFFORDABLE CARE FOR THE RESIDENTS ENTRUSTED TO US.

OUR GOAL IS TO ENCOURAGE FULL-CITIZENSHIP AND PERSONAL GROWTH FOR ALL PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY THOSE WITH DISABILITIES WHO LIVE IN THE NINE COUNTY AREA THAT COMPRISES THE EASTERN SHORE OF MARYLAND.

Human Services - Multipurpose and Other

TO PROVIDE NUTRITIOUS, BALANCED MEALS TO THOSE WHO ARE UNABLE TO PREPARE THEIR OWN FOOD; SUCH AS THE HOMEBOUND, ELDERLY, HANDICAPPED, DISABLED, OR THOSE RECUPERATING FROM AN ILLNESS OR INJURY. THE MEALS ARE DELIVERED TO EACH HOME FIVE DAYS A WEEK YEAR-ROUND BY VOLUNTEERS. HUTCHINSON MEALS ON WHEELS PROVIDED A TOTAL OF 30,143 MEALS IN 2022.

HOMESTEAD HEALTH CENTER, AS AN EXPRESSION OF CHRISTIAN MISSION, PROVIDES LONG-TERM CARE SERVICES AND END OF LIFE CARE FOR THE ELDERLY IN A COMPASSIONATE AND CARING ENVIRONMENT.
