Street Soccer Barcelona (SSB) is a non-profit association committed to equality and non-discrimination for people at risk of social exclusion. We understand football as a tool for inclusion and of providing opportunities for people to develop their potential and live in dignity. Hoping to improve the quality of life of those women and men which we work with. We seek to involve the local population in this process of social integration in order to achieve a more cohesive society. Our main objectives are therefore: - To promote inclusive sports practice - Contribute to people´s empowerment by developing confidence and security in themselves - Sensitize the local population to the reality of homelessness and migration, questioning prejudices and stereotypes through shared activities

Girls on the Run® positive youth development program which combines an interactive curriculum and running to inspire self-respect and healthy lifestyles in pre-teen girls. Lessons provide girls with the tools to make positive decisions and to avoid risky adolescent behaviors. We partner with local schools to reach 3rd through 8th grade girls with an interactive 8­‐week program that develops qualities within them to become strong, content, healthy, confident young women.

Takalani children's home was established in May 1988 by Rev P. L. Van Langeveld together with the Reformed Church Synod Soutpansberg. The home started with only 11 children in total. Rev Van Langeveld was serving as a spiritual Pastor at Siloam Hospital (His service was to give pastoral care to the patients at Siloam Hospital). He came up with a vision of establishing a home for the abandoned, abused and orphaned children. He then approached the local Reformed churches under Synod Soutpansberg. The Synod welcomed the idea to establish a home for those children and appointed the board of directors to manage the home. The home was built near Siloam Hospital since most children were found wandering there, though children from different areas are also considered due to the need. The hospital social worker, the late Mr. Landela played a very crucial role in ensuring proper legal processes were adhered to. TCH accommodates a maximum of 80 children and currently, the home has 40 girls and 30 boys. Takalani children's home objectives: -To provide appropriate accommodation for the children who are in need of care under the age of 18 years. -To provide a healthy diet and appropriate clothing for the children in the care of TCH. -To promote healthy development by meeting medical needs and educational needs of the children in the care of TCH. - To create awareness of the needs and rights to all children in the care of TCH and to everyone associated with TCH. -To advocate, promote and support legislative and other measures designed to meet the needs and the rights of children. -To create opportunities for the children to explore their full creative and physical potential, as well as discover their talents and possible career path. -To take steps to remove conditions detrimental to the emotional and physical well-being of the children in the care of TCH. Our Main Project is: DANCE ON BOARDS is an innovative format that brings together the strengths of skateboarding and dance. We work directly in the schools and specifically promote girls in sport. Building a strong community through the sport of curling. We provide a welcoming environment for athletes of all ages and skill levels to learn about one of the fastest growing sports in the United States of America. We are dedicated to: - Providing the Chicago’s western suburbs with a state-of-the-art dedicated curling facility - Growing and building awareness of the sport through education. WCCC is a Learn to Curl training facility that offers training programs and group instructional ice time. - Engaging the younger generations through youth programs including club sport and youth leagues and university involvement. - Encouraging respectful sportsmanship through both recreational and competitive (state, national, international) opportunities and divisions (mens, womens, mixed, juniors, seniors, corporate) - Offering affordable curling for all members and guests

Background: After a tragic car accident in 2011 that resulted in having an 18 year old young teenager to be a wheelchair user; his mother along with a group of 13 friends decided to make a difference when it comes to physical disability in Egypt and the Middle East after the challenges they faced and still are. Vision: To be the leading example developmental foundation in Egypt, Middle East and Africa that embrace wheelchair/physical disabilities with emphasis on endless possibilities. Mission: Alhassan Foundation is determined to providing "tailored solutions", facilities, re-habilitation and re-occupation for humans on wheelchairs, and their families to overcome their challenges and make best use of their different abilities. 1. The mission of Soy Nina is (1) to empower girls who live in conditions of vulnerability, offering a safe space to get to know themselves and meet with their peers so that through their own experiences, meaningful learning, playful activities and the collective construction of knowledge, they can develop and strengthen their socio-emotional skills that allow them to take care of themselves, stay in school and make informed decisions regarding their own lives and (2) to create awareness on the unique challenges that all girls under 18 face in Costa Rica and globally. After almost three and a half years since their beginning, they have worked mostly with girls aged 6-12 years in three vulnerable communities in Desamparados, San Jose, Costa Rica. Their program is on-going and the great majority of girls have stayed in the program throughout the years. Soy Nina's main program is "Club Nina" (Girls Club), a free-of-charge after-school program with affinity to the public education system's calendar, based on life-skills development, human rights, early comprehensive sexual education, all with age-appropriate information and activities.

Founded in 1998 by Laurence LIGIER, CAMELEON France is an association of international solidarity, with a mission of apolitical, non-denominational charity and assistance. For more than 20 years, CAMELEON has been working in the Philippines and around the world, taking a holistic approach to addressing the causes and effects of sexual violence against children and adolescents. Its mission revolves around programs aiming at: rebuilding victims, schooling, local development, awareness and advocacy. To date, more than 7600 children and families have been supported and more than 1200 are sponsors worldwide. The association works in the Philippines with its local partner, CAMELEON Association Philippines, but also in France and in Europe with the support of its partners, its country offices and its sponsors. Our Goals per year: To protect, rehabilitate and reintegrate 110 children, victims of sexual abuse, as well as social support and education to their families. To provide education, health, professional instruction, and independence to 310 disadvantaged youths and their families. To raise awareness among the general public and in the media on Children's Rights and prevent mistreatment and sexual abuse. To advocate and lobby decision-makers and politicians.

Wisdom, which allows us to recognize the interconnectedness of all phenomena, is the tool by which we can build a more equitable and compassionate society. Our name tells our mission. Wise in English means "wise," dana in Indian pali language means "to give." Wisedana therefore means "to give wisely". While remaining a secular organization, our values and activities are within the Buddhist philosophical perimeter. We encourage the practice of mindful generosity, which according to various Buddhist schools is the first of the virtues to be cultivated in order to overcome ignorance, understood as the main culprit of suffering in the world. Generosity is thus a tool that has an extraordinary transformative power, capable of building effective responses to the most important social problems. Wisedana is an international philanthropic foundation that draws on the values of the Buddhist tradition while expressing itself in a secular form. It caters to philanthropists who wish to be active in building a more equitable, wise and compassionate world by promoting systemic changes in humanitarian, ecological, social, educational, cultural, and fragility care. As Wisedana Foundation, we intend to be the catalysts for systemic change inspired by the values of the Buddhist tradition, leading to the elimination of suffering and major critical issues in the world today. The value framework of Buddhism allows for a full understanding of the complexity of reality: every being is naturally connected to all others in a relationship of infinite reciprocity, and every arrangement of the world is only temporary and constantly changing. In accepting this condition-now increasingly evident in globalized society-we understand that the only way to effectively intervene in the world is precisely through systemic change. The tool we use is generosity (or philanthropy, which is its organized form) as an experience of relationship toward the other, as a powerful gesture of transformation capable of activating the vocation of individuals to participate in the common good and social change.
