Provide a fun, safe and physically challenging camp experience for children with T1D. Give campers and their families the opportunity to meet and develop friendships with others affected by and living with diabetes. Educate campers to better understand and control their diabetes. Promote awareness of nutrition and exercise as an essential component of diabetes management. Promote independence and self-discipline in the child’s approach to life with diabetes. Educate health professionals, students and staff about children with a chronic condition and about Type 1 diabetes and its management. Provide opportunities for families to come together to improve their knowledge, understanding and diabetes-related skills within a community of health-care providers. Provide a wide-range of programs throughout Florida to help children and families regardless of their ability to pay.
ESTABLISHED IN 2012, TROJAN LACROSSE, INC. REPLACED WHAT HAD BEEN KNOWN AS NORTHWEST AUSTIN YOUTH LACROSSE ASSOCIATION ("NWAYLA") AND IS DEDICATED TO PROMOTING THE GAME OF LACROSSE AND SPECIFICALLY GIVING YOUNG ATHLETES IN NORTHWEST AUSTIN AN OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE THE GAME.
THE ASSOCIATION REMAINS A VIBRANT GROUP WHICH IS ULTIMATELY DEPENDANT ON ITS MEMBERS ENTHUSIASM TO CONTINUE. WE EXIST AS A GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS INTERESTED IN THE SAFETY AND WELFARE OF THE COTUIT MOSQUITO YACHT CLUB AND TO RENDER SUCH SERVICES OR FURNISH SUCH FACILITIES AS MAY BE SPECIFICALLY APPROVED BY THE VOTING MEMBERS OF THE YACHT CLUB.

To do so, we will Activate and Empower the Recreational Fishing Community and Represent it and its Voice at the Federal, Regional, and State levels. We will speak up in an organized and cohesive manner across all fronts. We are going to let managers and politicians know that we are here and that we count. We are going to tell them that conservation is important not only to us but to our clients and to most of the angling community.
