Tel-Ecoute is registered charitable organization that relies on the work of community volunteers During recent years, we have seen that more and more problems of mental distress, violence, and suicide are, unfortunately, being added to those of solitude, poverty, and despair. In light of this social burden, our work "upstream" of the problem of suicide plays an important preventive role.
Our role: to lend an understanding and welcoming ear The psychological suffering that our society regularly creates can lead to mental health problems, violent behavior, or suicide. By offering to listen respectfully, warmly, and non-judgmentally to all those who are experiencing difficulties, we allow them to express themselves in complete trust, and helps them find their own resources for solving their own problems.
