The Grand Bend Area Community Health Centre is a non profit community governed organization that provides multidisciplinary health care utilizing the services of: Family Physicians Nurse Practitioners Diabetes Educators Physiotherapist Occupational therapist Registered Nurse and RPN's Health Promotor Healthy Lifestyle Counsellor Registered Dietitians Social Workers A donation to the centre would go towards unfunded programs and services for the community or compassionate funding for those in need.
