The Garth Homer Foundation raises funds to support the diverse and individualized programming needs of adults with developmental disabilities. The programs must reflect the principles of self-sufficiency, active participation and inclusion of individuals in reaching their economic and social potential. The Foundation is the fundraising arm of the Garth Homer Society which has been serving the needs of adults with developmental disabilities in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada since 1977.
