The Global Poverty Relief Foundation is a not-for-profit humanitarian organization and registered charitable foundation which supports poverty and disaster relief programs managed by international agencies such as UNICEF, World Vision, Oxfam, CARE, Doctors Without Borders, KIVA and the Red Cross in less developed communities outside Canada.
Instead of constantly researching and staying on top of numerous global poverty relief programs and donating individually to international aid agencies, the foundation offers a one-stop "mutual fund" approach to individuals, companies and community groups preferring a professionally managed distribution of funds to where the need is most urgent.
The foundation has no payroll obligations as it is staffed by volunteers.
