The Bridge Hospice, located in the rural village of Warkworth Ontario, was conceived by people with a shared dream of making life better for the dying. As Northumberland County’s first residential hospice, the facility provides a much needed service to the community. The hospice accommodates up to three residents in a comfortable home-like environment. It is a place of serenity, love and comfort where residents are treated with dignity and respect.
