The mission of the Lahey Clinic Foundation is to raise charitable contributions from patients and friends of Lahey Clinic to support the Clinic. Lahey Clinic is a world-class specialty medical center located in Burlington, MA. When Frank Lahey, M.D., founded a group practice in 1923, his vision was unique: Every component of a patient's health care would be coordinated under one roof.Today, Lahey Clinic still offers a distinctive patient experience.Our group practice model is unique in its ability to provide highly coordinated and accessible services. More than 450 physicians and nearly 4,000 nurses, therapists and other support staff work together to provide compassionate care and superior patient outcomes.The Clinic's multidisciplinary approach allows patients access to preeminent physicians from virtually every medical specialty, who cooperate to develop personalized treatment plans for each patient.From leading-edge technology to pioneer medical research, Lahey Clinic combines the world-renowned specialty resources of Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington and Lahey Clinic Northshore in Peabody with top-quality primary care services at community-based practices in multiple towns throughout eastern Massachusetts.For the past nine years, U.S. News and & World Report has ranked Lahey Clinic in its annual "Best Hospitals" edition. The Neurovascular Institute is among the most advanced in the region for the treatment of strokes and brain aneurysms. The Liver Transplantation Team was the first in New England to perform adult living-donor transplant procedures. And surgeons are using minimally invasive laparoscopic methods, drastically reducing the recovery time following surgery for diseases such as bladder cancer.Lahey Clinic Medical Center (LCMC) in Burlington encompasses an ambulatory care center serving more than 3,000 patients each day and a 259-bed hospital. Lahey Clinic Northshore in Peabody serves more than 400 outpatients each day and includes a 10-bed hospital. Both feature 24-hour emergency departments, with a Level II Trauma Center based at LCMC.Lahey's community-based physicians have a wide range of special interests. Many of the community group practices feature adult internists, pediatricians, and family practice specialists. With community practices in more than a dozen towns, Lahey Clinic serves communities as diverse as Ipswich on the North Shore, Lexington in Boston's Northwestern Suburbs, and Haverhill on the New Hampshire border.Lahey Clinic Medical Center is a teaching hospital for Tufts University School of Medicine. In addition, many of our physicians hold teaching assignments at Harvard Medical School and Boston University School of Medicine. The Clinic maintains residency and fellowship programs for more than 100 new physicians in 19 specialties.As a research center, Lahey Clinic offer patients access to clinical trials of new therapies for diseases such as diabetes, prostate cancer, heart disease, and cataracts. Research programs at Lahey Clinic encompass more than 200 clinical trial protocols and participation in numerous national and international studies.

Founded in 2014 when Halle Dicrosta was diagnosed with Hodkin's lymphoma. She has now been in remission for over a year! H.D. Strong was created to raise money for the Smilow cancer center at Yale in New Haven, CT to continue to provide the best care possible to those battling cancers. Our goal for H.D. Strong is to raise $500.00 for each bike rider on the H.D. Strong team for the closer to free ride on September 11, 2016.

Friends of Patients at the NIH, formerly Friends of the Clinical Center, provides financial, logistical and social support to patients while they are receiving groundbreaking and life-saving treatments at the NIH Clinical Research Center. We cover unmet needs so that patients can focus on recovery, healing and fulfilling their crucial role partnering with NIH researchers in advancing knowledge, discoveries and breakthroughs.

To improve the health status of all children through service, education, research and advocacy.  Service  The primary mission of Dayton Children's is to provide quality health care for children from infancy through adolescence. The hospital will be a health care resource to all children of the Miami Valley regardless of their socioeconomic status. We will offer comprehensive inpatient and outpatient diagnosis and treatment in an emotionally supportive setting for our patients and their families. Education and Research Dayton Children's will provide pediatric training for a variety of health care professionals at the undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate levels. We will, in partnership with affiliated institutions, participate in the support of appropriate research activities. Advocacy and Community Responsibility Dayton Children's will be an active advocate for children. We will work to develop local, state and national health policies that reflect the needs of children. We will encourage, support and participate in community programs to improve the health, education and overall wellness of area children.

Camino Community Development Corporation (CCDC) is a bilingual and multicultural health and social services center that works to equip people to live healthy, hopeful, and productive lives. We do this by utilizing a holistic approach to care that addresses the physical, behavioral, and social needs of each person. CCDC provides programming in five areas and serves over 20,000 individuals each year. We offer primary care and pediatric medical services at our health clinic, behavioral health programming, health and wellness education, food security/pantry services, and workforce development and financial literacy support.
