PFLAG envisions a world where diversity is celebrated and all people are respected, valued, and affirmed inclusive of their sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression. Our mission is to build on a foundation of loving families united with LGBTQ people and allies who support one another, and to educate ourselves and our communities to speak up as advocates until all hearts and minds respect, value and affirm LGBTQ people.

Building upon the legacy of Muslim American and Japanese American solidarity since 9/11, #VigilantLOVE is a healing and arts-driven organization that counters mainstream narratives of insularity. #VigilantLOVE organizes grassroots movement around Islamophobic ideologies that inflict personal, communal and state violence by creating spaces for connection amongst those identifying as Japanese American, Muslim American, Black, South Asian, Arab, East Asian, queer, trans, and interfaith accomplices.

The mission of Project Angel Food is to nourish the body and spirit of men, women, and children affected by HIV/AIDS, cancer, and other life-threatening illnesses. Our goal is to make sure no one in our community suffers the ravages of hunger and malnutrition while struggling with serious illnesses. Without our daily meal deliveries, clients risk malnutrition and deteriorating health since they are unable to provide their own meals. Project Angel Food acts with urgency as hunger and illness do not wait.

The Los Angeles LGBT Center (formerly L.A. Gay and Lesbian Center) exists to: EMPOWER people to lead full and rewarding lives without limits based on sexual orientation and gender identity, by providing the highest quality educational, cultural, and wellness programs to residents of Los Angeles County; HEAL the damage caused by discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity, by providing the highest quality health and social services to residents of Los Angeles County in need; ADVOCATE full access and equality for all people regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, by promoting our communities' needs at local, state, and national levels; and LEAD through example, by living our values, sharing our expertise, and celebrating the full diversity of our lives, families, and communities.

The National LGBTQ Task Force advances full freedom, justice and equality for LGBTQ people. We are building a future where everyone can be free to be their entire selves in every aspect of their lives. Today, despite all the progress we’ve made to end discrimination, millions of LGBTQ people face barriers in every aspect of their lives: in housing, employment, healthcare, retirement, and basic human rights. JQ celebrates the lives of LGBTQ+ Jews and their allies by transforming Jewish communities, and ensuring inclusion through education, support, and identity-enrichment. JQ envisions a world where all LGBTQ+ Jews feel a strong sense of self, pride, and community - a place where LGBTQ+ Jews and their allies are supported by communities that embrace their needs and celebrate their unique gifts. Benefiting LGBTQ+ Jews and allies of all ages, JQ’s programs have impacted more than 14,000 lives in the LGBTQ+ and ally Jewish community in the past year alone.
