GO Pantry helps hungry kids in our community who do not have enough to eat on days they are away from school. We live in this community and strive to make a positive impact on kids in our area by providing food to those who are hungry. We believe that "to those whom are given much, much is required." Our "much" includes time and resources to create a mobile pantry that fills the gap for children relying on the school system for basic food needs. As a secondary mission, we have found a way to involve many people with volunteer and giving opportunities. We believe we can make a difference in the life of child by providing them food and in the life of a volunteer by giving them an opportunity to serve.

Ozarks Food Harvest has a mission of Transforming Hunger into Hope. This simple statement serves as a meaningful summary of Ozarks Food Harvest's goal to supply as much food as possible to individuals in need. Ozarks Food Harvest works in partnership with community corporations to salvage good food, distribute to member agencies and make it available to hungry people. The Food Bank rescues, processes, warehouses and distributes food and supplies to 270 nonprofit hunger-relief organizations across one-third of the state of Missouri, reaching 30,000 children, families, and seniors weekly.

We believe everyone should have access to healthy nutritional food. Our vision is to see our community become the solution to the challenges our community faces as it relates to hunger.

In 2014, the Mid-North Food Pantry was awarded a grant from the Indy Hunger Network for modifications to the building to allow full pallets of food (called “totes”) to be taken directly from the elevator to the pantry store room using a pallet jack. Previously, a full pallet of food would have to be handled several times by volunteers to move through doorways too small for a pallet to go through. MNFP is now able to purchase full totes from Gleaners Food Bank at a cost of 6 cents per pound. A tote can hold several hundred pounds of food and includes everything from cereal to meat.  A full tote costs about $20.

KEF provides scholarships and improvement to the grammar school infrastructure. Aliviate hunger by funding micro-loans and capital improvements to establish a self sustaining agricultural program. Estimated costs for micro-loans and capital projects $200,000. KEF is funding the construction of a secondary school to make that education more accessible to students and provide improved parental supervision. KEF is developing an irrigated agricultural model program at the school to establish an agricultural program which provides multiple annual harvests which will enhance food security and provided needed revenue to support the schools. Eighteen students have received scholarships to teachers college and return to Kasimu to improve the student to teacher ratio which now meets Malawi national standards. Student who receive scholarships must agree to return to Kasimu and teach for a minimum of five years. Prior to KEF's educational improvements only two students had attended and graduated from secondary school. There are currently 75 students attending secondary schools through scholarships from KEF and 47 students have graduated from secondary schools.

Rio Grande Food Project envisions a community where all people have access to enough quality food to live their most healthy life. Our mission is to alleviate hunger and food insecurity directly by providing food aid to those facing food insecurity and indirectly by facilitating access to community programs and resources that address the causes and effects of hunger and food insecurity

OUR DAILY MISSION IS TO ELIMINATE FOOD INSECURITY. We feed people with food, fellowship, and love. We provide food from a community of efforts. Families take home vital groceries; shut-ins enjoy a respite from loneliness while receiving a hot meal; children and teens bring home food for the weekend – all part of a community-wide effort to eliminate food insecurities, address childhood nutrition and extend the hand of God to others. We are an ALL volunteer organization. In 2023 we prepared 19,376 hot meals and provided 120,435 pounds of food to our neighbors in need who live in western Ashe County, North Carolina.

Our mission is the preservation and promotion of agriculture- the largest of the Commonwealth's industries. Specifically, the Foundation seeks to: enlighten the public about farming and agriculture; create educational programs for children who may have no other exposure to agriculture; train teachers on agricultural concepts while helping them meet their own continuing education requirements; support farmland preservation; fund scholarships for post-secondary agriculture studies; and promote career opportunities in agriculture.
