Founded in 1956, and now celebrating our 60th year, The Rockland Conservatory of Music is a not-for-profit community music school and center for the performing arts, created to provide quality professional music instruction to students of diverse ages, abilities and financial backgrounds and to provide a community forum for performing arts, culture and entertainment.

Our mission is to enhance health and well-being through laughter and joy.

The Symphony of the Potomac is a community-based, primarily volunteer orchestra in Montgomery County, Maryland, under the direction of Maestro Joel Lazar. The orchestra provides Montgomery County and the Greater Washington DC area with the opportunity to enjoy symphonic music at a reasonable price. We foster an appreciation of orchestral and other instrumental music and provide music education for both youth and adults. Our regular concert season takes place at the Cultural Arts Center in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland.

The Mission of Scottsdale Desert Stages Theatre is to enrich lives of our community by providing as many actors as possible with the opportunities to expand their creative talents, and achieve their dreams; to entertain; to communicate positive personal messages; and to enrich-and change lives through this theatrical experience.

The Civic Youth Orchestra makes the enriching experience of performing music using symphonic musical instruments available to children of any race, religion or ethnic origin, without regard to economic circumstances, in an environment that is positive and nurturing. The Civic Youth Orchestra provides performance opportunities to children throughout the community, in a variety of locations, involving various skill levels, enriching the overall educational experience with a stimulating performance preparation program that occurs outside of the school day. The Civic Youth Orchestra creates opportunities for young people to demonstrate their musical proficiency for receptive audiences and competition adjudicators, both at home and outside the community, instilling pride and receiving recognition, as well as promoting the image of Southern California as a place of culture, unusual achievement and excellence.

The Kansas City Chamber Orchestra, composed of professional local musicians, seeks to enrich life in our community through the performance of classical music.

Cantabella Children’s Chorus’ mission is to develop music literacy, healthy vocal technique and choral artistry within children K-12 through excellence in music education, fine choral production and collaborative cultural arts experiences.

The mission of Claremont Community School of Music is to enrich the lives of individuals and the community through music; to provide outstanding instruction for amateur and aspiring professional musicians of all ages; to reach out to the community through diverse programs and public performances; to promote and nurture a lifelong passion for music; and most importantly to make music education available to all…one note at a time.
