The mission of Lena Pope is to help create hope, happiness and success for children and families.

The Garden's mission is to promote learning, spiritual growth, imagination and self-confidence in young children of all races, including children with language delays or other learning delays - in order to prepare them for entry into public school, or placement on a whole-or part-scholarship basis in independent schools. The Garden provides at-risk children with a safe haven in which to learn and grow while helping them cope with the stresses caused by the poverty, oppression, violence and drug use that exists in the Harlem community. It also assists parents and caregivers in improving family conditions that might adversely affect children's academic performance and social skills-building.

We provide a child-centered environment facilitating independence and learning for the joy of learning, guided by the educational philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori. With a foundation of respect for self and others and a strong emphasis on cultural appreciation, our staff and parents create a supportive network for families to help children become well-rounded individuals. MSGL is a not-for-profit, parent-owned Montessori school serving Tippecanoe County, Indiana since 1972. We offer programs for more than 150 children between the ages of 1 and 9 years on our beautiful campus overlooking the Wabash River Valley in West Lafayette. We are accredited by the American Montessori Society.

Better Beginnings has been serving the Hightstown-East Windsor area since 1967, providing subsidized childcare, giving parents the opportunity to be employed, self-supporting, contributing members of their community, while maintaining a safe, healthy learning environment for children. Settlement Music School's mission is to provide children and adults in the Philadelphia region with high quality instruction and activity in music and the related arts. Bloom passionately strives to break the cycle of poverty at the start through nurturing care and an exceptional early learning program We prepare young children for success in school and enable their parents to pursue educational and employment opportunities.

The purpose of the Advisory Council is to strengthen the parent/caregiver commitment to the Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) program in District 271. The council will advise the Bloomington ECFE program in planning, needs assessment and program development with the goal of improving and enhancing the program and its mission. The council will raise community awareness for the program by serving as a communication link between the program and the community.The council also advises and advocates on behalf of Bloomington Early Learning Services (ELS), which includes ECFE, Early Childhood Screening, preschool programming for three-year-olds and four-year-olds, and Early Childhood Special Education.

Precious Lamb is the only full time and faith-based preschool that offers high-quality early education and resources for children and families experiencing homelessness here in Los Angeles County. Our mission is to break the cycle of homelessness, one child at a time. This is carried out through our vision: to be a tangible support system for young children and their families who suffer from crisis. Through nurture, education, and support, we hope to help bring restoration, stability and empowerment. Precious Lamb strives to treat each family holistically and in alignment with our core values: dignity, integrity, and compassion. With a low 1:6 ratio we ensure students receive a caring and dedicated education in a private school environment that is unrivaled.

It provides residential homes, care/after‑school centers, rehabilitation services and women’s empowerment programs delivering food, shelter, education, medical care and spiritual support so children and women can build stable, independent lives.
