For over 30 Years, HopeWorks has been helping low-income widows of the greater Atlanta region with weatherization assistance for their homes, gas furnace repairs and general maintenance.

Madison House Autism Foundation's (MHAF) mission is to provide more support, more opportunities, and more hope, to adults with autism and their families. Madison House is one of the first and few organizations to focus on the needs of adults on the autism spectrum on a national level. MHAF is dedicated to creating awareness of the lifespan challenges faced by autistic adults and to finding, developing, and promoting the solutions that allow autistic adults to make choices, live as independently as possible, hold jobs, feel connected to their communities, and to become participating members of our society.

Living Soul Foundation provides shelter for mothers in distress, to educate, equip and encourage new life as they return to their communities transformed to lead and disciple others to positively impact the next generation.

Angel Reach breaks the generational cycle of abuse, neglect, and homelessness by equipping homeless and aged-out foster youth to live independently, as well as providing critical services and support to relatives serving as caregivers.

HFHWFC partners with people in Winchester-Frederick County to improve the communities they call home; starting with Habitat homeowners and working outward into neighborhoods in which they will live, we are guided by the belief that strong stable homes help build self-reliant and secure communities.

The ForKids team is committed to our mission of breaking the cycle of homelessness and poverty for families and children. Thirty-four years ago, concern for families with children sleeping on local beaches led ForKids to open an 8-family emergency shelter in Norfolk. Originally operating with a volunteer staff, ForKids worked with local officials to expand services into neighboring cities, added a hotel voucher program to increase shelter capacity and incorporated a system of holistic support services. ForKids provides comprehensive programming to address social emotional learning skills along with targeted educational support to close academic achievement gaps. Since 1988, our service delivery model has evolved strategically to foster strong families and secure the futures of children.
