To better accomplish the Honor Flight mission and serve our military veterans of the State of Connecticut, in April of 2019, Honor Flight Connecticut was formed as an official hub of the National Honor Flight Network. The Honor Flight Connecticut mission is to honor our veterans by transporting them to Washington, DC to visit and reflect at their memorials. Honor Flight Connecticut proudly joins with 131 other Honor Flight Hubs in 45 other states sharing in that same mission.
Project Headspace and Timing (PHAT) was founded to promote positive mental health practices to our nation’s veterans by working to unify them with their communities, nature, and themselves.PHAT began operating in 2017 and officially began operating as a 501(C)(3) in 2019. The organization was founded by Eric Peterson after a fellow teammate took his own life after multiple tours overseas. As an organization, we believe that we live in a community that supports their veterans but may not know how to show it, and we have veterans that need that support but may not know how to ask.

The Chateau Elan Military Support Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) organization that supports military veterans and their families within the North Georgia region. Founded in 2007, The Independence Fund empowers our nation's severely wounded, injured, or ill Veterans to overcome physical, mental, and emotional wounds incurred in the line of duty. We improve the lives of both our Veterans and their families through The Independence Fund's Mobility, Caregiver, Adaptive Sports, and Advocacy programs, while also bridging the gap of unmet needs of veterans' caregivers. The Independence Fund works to give veterans the best mobility device options available, and as promote their mental and physical health.
