One Roof Chicago is an emerging initiative to build an LGBTQ+ centered intergenerational community for older adults and young people most in need of affirming housing, meaningful connection, and career development.

THE EAST SIDE SOUP KITCHEN WILL PROVIDE A NUTRITIOUS LUNCHTIME MEAL MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY TO ALL WHO COME TO THE DOOR WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT FOR EACH PERSON. THE EAST SIDE SOUP KITCHEN WILL ALSO PROVIDE AN AFTER-SCHOOL MEAL TO CHILDREN AT ALL RECREATION CENTERS REQUESTING SERVICE IN WRITING.

Meals on Wheels of Eastern Onondaga County's mission is to provide nutritionally balanced and delicious tasting food to people unable to prepare or provide healthy meals for themselves; enabling healthy independence and facilitating aging at home. We serve the East Syracuse, Minoa, Kirkville, Bridgeport, Fayetteville, Manlius, Jamesville, DeWitt, Fabius, Pompey, LaFayette, and Tully communities within New York.

In Mecklenburg County, families living at or below the federal poverty line will likely remain in poverty their entire lives without intervention. Angels & Sparrows provides programs, connections, and resources so economically vulnerable families can experience a Fresh Start. We empower families to reach their potential by providing access to food security and educational opportunities that lead to a Fresh Start.

The mission of Meals On Wheels Atlanta (MOWA) is to support senior independence through meals, shelter, education and community. \n\nFor seniors facing food insecurity, we provide nutritious home-delivered meals, emergency shelf-stable food packages, and supplemental nutrition. For seniors struggling to maintain their homes, we provide critical repairs to ensure their homes are safe, warm, and dry.\n\nThroughout all we do, our vision is to ensure that no Atlanta area senior is hungry, cold, or forgotten.

Open Arms prepares and delivers medically tailored, made‑from‑scratch meals and provides nutrition support to people living with serious illnesses and their families, at no cost to clients. They combine dietitian‑guided menus, home delivery, and volunteer support to help clients focus on healing.

Meals on Wheels Durham delivers daily nutritious meals plus friendly wellness checks to homebound older adults and other community members in Durham County so they can remain healthy, independent, and connected. The organization also provides related supports (holiday gifts, pet food, discharge meal programs, etc.) to improve clients’ overall wellbeing.

THE KITCHEN FOUNDATION EXISTS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR SUPPORT OF THE MISSION AND PROGRAMS OF THE KITCHEN INC.

The Bridge's purpose is to reduce adult long-term homelessness in Dallas and the surrounding region by developing, coordinating, and/or delivering the following services: outreach/intake, jail diversion/reentry, emergency shelter/transitional shelter, primary health care/behavioral health care, recreational/educational activities, employment/supported employment/disability income and affordable housing/supportive housing. The Bridge benefits the broader community with increasing public safety and improving public health.
