To turn sad people into happy people by producing fundraising events for our mental health services partners, (such as Give An Hr.org) who provide therapy sessions for our vets, victims of PTSD and/or anyone in need of mental health services.

The Merriman’s Culinary Scholarship Fund is a 501(c)3 organization established over 20 years ago. Its primary mission is to pay tuition to culinary schools for Hawaii residents in need. In light of the West Maui fires, all donations to MCSF for the next 6 months will go directly to feed the people of west Maui and provide support to our team members who lost their homes or are in especially challenging financial situations due to the fire in Lahaina on August 8, 2023.

LA CHECK IN will provide ways to pledge funds for LA Fire recovery and resilience, including: First responders on the front lines Evacuees – including families, the elderly, animals, and shelters for those who already were experiencing homelessness before the fires Displaced domestic, outdoor and day-labor workers The Annenberg Foundation concurrently has identified and will provide grants to nonprofits that focus on these populations.

The Maui Strong Fund was created to provide community resilience with resources for disaster preparedness, response, and recovery. The fund is currently being used to support communities affected by the wildfires on Maui.

In the wake of the tragic earthquake that affected Morocco on the evening of September, 8, 2023 we are launching a fundraising campaign in partnership with local entities, in order to help the victims rebuild and tackle mid to long term effects of this tragedy. Our focus starts with one village, Ouirgane, to have as much impact as possible, and we hope that with your solidarity we would be able to reach several others. Our first target is to fundraise $100,000. Who we are: Salim and Ismael have co-founded Onna, an AI company that delivers a product to the world’s largest companies like Apple, Meta, Netflix, Spotify, Airbnb, Nike and many more. As an accelerating shortage of nurses around the world exists, if nothing changes within three years we will have about 1 million fewer nurses than we require in the United States and a shortage of 2 million nurses in Europe. It is a similar trend globally. The organization is committed to informing and inspiring the world to help create a future without a shortage of nurses and nurse practitioners, celebrating nurses through the arts with celebrity concert series, monthly art contests, and nurse choir performances.

The Kristen Ann Carr Fund provides grants for cancer research and seeks to improve all aspects of cancer patient life with an emphasis on adolescents and young adults.

The core belief behind HeadCount is that the live music community is a large, vibrant audience that has the potential to be politically influential if properly represented at the polls. HeadCount uses the assets of the music industry and the incredible influence artists have over their fans to mobilize this audience into action. Stretching beyond just registering voters, HeadCount also aims to become "the community organizing arm of the live music scene," giving every socially conscious music fan an avenue toward activism.
