The ACLU Foundation of Southern California's (ACLU SoCal) mission is to ensure that all persons are afforded the equality, liberty, and justice guaranteed to them in the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Through our integrated approach of community education, advocacy, and litigation, we challenge unconstitutional and unjust policies and practices. We most often serve those whose rights are consistently denied or compromised including students, women, prisoners, immigrants, communities of color, LGBTQ people, members of minority religions, people with disabilities, individuals experiencing homelessness, and economically disadvantaged people. With offices in Los Angeles, Orange County and the Inland Empire, ACLU SoCal has been serving Southern California since 1923.

The core belief behind HeadCount is that the live music community is a large, vibrant audience that has the potential to be politically influential if properly represented at the polls. HeadCount uses the assets of the music industry and the incredible influence artists have over their fans to mobilize this audience into action. Stretching beyond just registering voters, HeadCount also aims to become "the community organizing arm of the live music scene," giving every socially conscious music fan an avenue toward activism.

Founded in 1942, the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF) is a multifaceted organization that occupies a unique place in the world of philanthropy. By mobilizing and leveraging the powerful voice and creative talents of the entertainment industry, as well as cultivating the support of organizations (public and private) and philanthropists committed to social responsibility, EIF builds awareness and raises funds, developing and enhancing programs on the local, national and global level that facilitate positive social change.Stand Up To Cancer, a division of EIF, raises funds to accelerate the pace of groundbreaking translational research that can get new therapies to patients quickly and save lives now.

The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee has served as a leader in philanthropy for 30 years, bringing good people and good causes together in 43 counties in Middle Tennessee and Kentucky. That is what fills the air at Give Kids The World Village—a wish-fulfilling, fanciful, carefree retreat for children with life-threatening illnesses, and their families. Give Kids The World Village is a 70-acre, nonprofit ""storybook"" Village located nearCentral Florida's most beloved attractions. Here, children and their families are treated to weeklong, cost-free fantasy vacations, complete with accommodations in the Village's whimsical villas, transportation, donated attraction tickets, meals, and much more. At the Village, these precious children learn that dreams really do come true, as they and their families are immersed in joy, hope, and non-stop fun for a few unforgettably happy days. Since 1989, the Village has hosted more than 130,000 deserving families from all 50 states and more than 75 countries. This extraordinary, life-changing experience is Give Kids The World's gift, made possible only through the generosity of dedicated corporations and countless individuals.

The wildfires devastated Los Angeles. So, we’ve come together to pool the resources, connections and expertise of the greater Los Angeles Tech Community to help those in need. This fund is dedicated to supporting the individuals, families and small businesses with the fewest resources to recover, across the Pacific Palisades, Altadena, Malibu and other affected areas of our city.

Nurse Heroes seeks to provide every nurse with the resources and opportunities they need and create a future without a shortage of nurses. As an accelerating shortage of nurses around the world exists, if nothing changes within three years we will have about 1 million fewer nurses than we require in the United States and a shortage of 2 million nurses in Europe. It is a similar trend globally. The organization is committed to informing and inspiring the world to help create a future without a shortage of nurses and nurse practitioners, celebrating nurses through the arts with celebrity concert series, monthly art contests, and nurse choir performances.

To mobilize the resources of the entertainment industry to raise funds to provide grants to AIDS service organizations and promote awareness of HIV/AIDS issues.

The American Theatre Wing advances the future of American theatre by celebrating excellence and nurturing the next generation: on stage, behind the scenes, and in the audience. We pursue this mission through programs that support theatrical excellence and inclusivity, and educate and engage the next generation of practitioners and audiences. For over 100 years, the Wing has been an integral part of the American theatrical community, providing critical support and recognition that has allowed the theatre to thrive.
